Nonprofit boards want to make progress for their organizations, but lack the necessary goal tracking to achieve growth. We developed the Goals feature to help boards see how they’re performing on a variety of values so that they can achieve everything they want. Here are some instructions on how to use this important tool.
Boards who use the Goals feature of Boardable track all different kinds of metrics. On a Professional or Enterprise plan, accounts receive unlimited goal tracking. This can be individual, committee, and organization account goals, in any combination. Finally, goals can be specified in three units: currency, numerical value, and percentage.
The Goals dashboard of a Professional or Enterprise account two organizational goals and one committee goal.
With an Essentials plan, Boardable customers can track one goal at all times. Once the goal is achieved or expires, the account admin simply archives the goal and starts the next one. All the administrator has to do is specify the goal, the unit, and the time frame. The status of the goal will automatically display on the dashboard of the relevant stakeholders.

Clearly, the Goals feature is simple and easy to use, but can make a huge impact on board productivity. For a full explanation of how to use this tool, check out our Help Center.
