We are looking for a dynamic Talent Leader to direct Boardable’s HR strategy and plans to support our mission and overall growth strategy.
This position has high accountability and reports directly to the C level. We’re searching for a proven talent leader and strategic thinker that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves as the company grows (classic player / coach role). This person will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of both our employees and the organization as a whole.
