As the Manager of Marketing Operations you will partner and collaborate very closely with the Marketing team in leading Boardable’s overall CRM program and strategy, understanding lead development workflows, business objectives, and platform capabilities to drive improved sales and marketing automation and pipeline visibility. You will work closely with both Marketing, Operations, and Sales leaders to ensure that key end-to-end systems and processes work seamlessly and effectively to deliver the maximum ROI for all Marketing investments. In addition to day-to-day CRM management, this position will use the sales hub, marketing hub, conversion tools, and reporting and analytics to administer, implement, and iterate business processes to attract prospects, engage prospects into customers, and delight customers into promoters.
