About the Role

Boardable is searching for a talented Digital Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging design and impactful collateral to drive brand awareness, support demand generation, and foster brand loyalty.  You will work closely with the Content Marketing Manager and all internal stakeholders, ensuring brand standards and managing multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


  • REQUIRED: Video creation and editing experience
  • Create digital display and motion graphics, including building out design templates and graphics, supporting a wide range of initiatives across paid and organic acquisition, app, web, social, etc.
  • Ideate, create, and design ads and motion graphics for multi-channel advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc.
  • Design original artwork for Boardable, including graphic art, print design, and apparel marketing designs (eg. branded swag)
  • Create and design intuitive, engaging, and usable house ads for web
  • Produce compelling and on-brand creative, ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels
  • Develop visually compelling and narrative-led design work for presentations across communications efforts, both internal and external, as well as partner with different teams and stakeholders as needed
  • Keep up with the latest trends in storytelling, video production, social media and SaaS marketing while bringing new ideas to the table
  • Conceptualize and execute designs from a blank canvas state
  • Monitor and incorporate industry trends in graphic design and embrace innovation
  • Work with various departments to complete requested projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Other duties as required


  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in design and animation (digital media required)
  • High-level of proficiency with graphic design software packages and technology (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design)
  • Knowledge of other Adobe CS suite of programs
  • Knowledge of design principles: including color, layout, typography, and hierarchy
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Knowledge of mobile app marketing and digital advertising
  • Ability to express yourself and effectively partner cross functionally
  • Great attention to detail
