Can people view materials without logging in?
Yes, if Easy Access is enabled during creation. Recipients get unique links to view meeting content; Boardable Video sessions still require login.
Which materials can I publish?
Agendas, attachments, supporting documents, and (for eligible plans) a compiled board packet. Publishing applies to all materials together and can include notifications.
Are recordings and AI summaries available?
With certain plans, you can store recordings and enable transcripts/AI summaries on the meeting page.
Do invites update attendees’ calendars?
Yes. Invitations and optional updates include calendar attachments; invitation status is visible on the meeting page.
