Do I have to use the AI Tools?
No. All Boardable AI tools are opt-in and turned off by default. You stay in the driver’s seat.
Do the Boardable AI tools require utilizing Boardable Video?
No. You can meet on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or any other platform. Just upload the meeting transcript and Boardable will draft your minutes and summary from it. If you do use Boardable’s built-in video, it all happens automatically.
Simply upload a VTT transcript from your external meeting, and Boardable will automatically process it to generate AI insights and draft minutes, just as it does with Boardable Video meetings.
What about our data and privacy?
Boardable follows a zero retention protocol for AI. Our tools use anonymized, aggregated data, so no personal or sensitive information is kept or exposed. Your board’s records stay your board’s records.
How is this different from using ChatGPT or another public AI tool?
Public AI tools live outside your board’s records, outside your permissions, and outside your control.
