How secure is Boardable?

Boardable employs best practices in web development to ensure that all data, user information, and documents are fully secure. This includes the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certification and Amazon Web Services (AWS). All information within Boardable is private, and will never be shared with any third parties. Additionally, Boardable administrators have no access to a user's password or payment data.

Does a Boardable account include 24/7 support?

Boardable support currently consists of rapid email response to issues and questions. We have a support team that can be reached via email 24/7, and responses to issues can be expected within 48 hours. We do have a live chat feature built into the product so support is never more than a click away for any Boardable user.

I'm not based in the US, will Boardable work for my organization?

Yes! We have customers around the world- Canada, Mexico, Finland, United Kingdom and even Kyrgyzstan. If you sign up for Boardable and need international time zones to be activated, just let us know and we will turn them on for you. Although we don't have language support beyond English users seem to be able to use Boardable with their native languages.
