Jon Schwander is the Chief Operating Officer at Boardable, where he helps scale operations and ensures teams have the structure to deliver an excellent customer experience. With a background in SaaS leadership, finance, and entrepreneurship, Jon brings a practical, systems-minded approach to growth—especially when it comes to turning strategy into consistent execution. He’s passionate about building healthy organizations and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps boards, teams, and missions moving forward. Outside of work, he’s drawn to problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
