Boardable Data Migration Services
Switching to Boardable shouldn’t mean starting from scratch.
Your board’s history needs to come with you.
Our data migration packages move your historical agendas, minutes, and policies into Boardable as fully structured, searchable meeting records, so your board hits the ground running on day one.
Talk to our teamNot just files moved over. A fully working board history.
This isn’t a PDF drop. When Boardable migrates your records, they come in as native Boardable meeting records, structured, searchable, and displayed exactly like your current meetings. Here’s what that means:
A clear process, start to finish.
Minutes, resolutions, and past board packets aren’t just files. They’re the institutional memory your organization depends on for governance continuity, audits, and accountability. Maintaining a second system just to access old records is a burden no team should carry.
Boardable’s data migration service transfers your historical records into one centralized home, in the same native format as everything else in your board portal. No attachments to hunt through, no second system to log into, no two-tier experience for your board or the public.
Choose the package that fits your records
All packages include QA review and a pilot approval step before full migration. These are one-time fees, not recurring charges. Please note: Integrations with other board management platforms require a custom quote. Scanned image-only documents and handwritten notes cannot be processed through this service.

FAQs
Data Migration Frequently Asked Questions
What if some of my records aren’t on a public site?
No problem. Our standard process pulls publicly accessible records, including agendas, minutes, and policies, automatically. For anything that isn’t available on a public site, we’ll provide a simple folder and naming template so your team can upload those files directly.
What format will my records be in after migration?
All migrated records are delivered as native Boardable meetings, not PDFs or attachments. That means they’re fully structured, searchable by content, and displayed the same way as your current meetings on both your board portal and your public site.
Can you migrate from other board management platforms?
We support automated pulls from publicly accessible sources. For records from other board management platforms, we’d scope a separate custom quote.
Do scanned documents or handwritten notes qualify?
Not at this time. Our tooling processes digital documents; scanned image-only files and handwritten notes fall outside the scope of these packages.
