How is pricing calculated?
Boardable is priced per active user, per month, when you are billed annually you automatically save 10% vs. monthly.
What’s included in the 14-day free trial?
With the Boardable Free Trial, you’ll get full access to Professional governance software features for 14 days. That means you can build agendas, share documents, try e-signatures, host meetings, and more. When the trial ends, you can easily select the pricing plan that fits your board best.
Do I have to pick a plan before starting a trial?
No. Start the free trial first, invite your team, and decide on a pricing plan when you’re ready.
Do you offer discounts?
Our pricing is already tailored specifically for nonprofits, so we don’t offer additional discounts. However, we do offer volume discounts for larger teams. Talk to our sales team for a tailored quote on your board portal pricing.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes—upgrades can occur at any time. We’ll prorate changes per your contract. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at renewal with required advance notice (30 days).
Where is our data hosted?
To support compliance and data residency requirements, you can choose from US, Canada, or EU data centers during signup.
What’s included with Professional+ that isn’t in Professional?
Professional+ adds advanced governance software features: AI meeting minutes & transcripts, unlimited survey sends, Salesforce integration included, and Boardable Video included.
Is Boardable Video required?
No. You can keep using Zoom or Microsoft Teams, or add Boardable Video for an integrated experience. Professional+ includes Boardable Video by default.
Do you have onboarding help?
Yes. We offer flexible onboarding and support options—from self-guided resources to high-touch onboarding.
Is there a free version?
We focus on governance software plans that grow with your board. Start with the 14-day free trial of Professional to explore everything included.
Does each Board member count as a user, or are the users the staff members in my organization who will serve as administrators?
Everyone who has access to the Boardable platform is considered a User. We have different permission levels depending on whether someone is a board member or an administrator.
