How do I change my free trial into a paid subscription?
All accounts start with a free trial. You can change your account to a paid account by adding a credit card and selecting a plan in Boardable. Don't worry, we will prompt you when it's time.
What if I need more storage? What will that cost?
If you have a "Starter" subscription and need to go over your storage limits, no problem! We offer additional storage for only $1 per gigabyte per month. Small, Medium, and Large subscriptions have unlimited storage. We've got you covered.
What kind of support is offered in the free trial?
Our team has in-product chat as well as email support.
Can I cancel my Boardable account at any time?
We have plans that can be paid on a monthly or annual basis. If you are monthly and cancel your account, you will not be charged for the next month.
Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Boardable is purpose-built to serve nonprofits and that includes our pricing. But if you are a new or small nonprofit and need a discounted account we do offer discounts for these customers. We want to be affordable for every nonprofit. You can find out if you are eligible by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and sharing your organization's age and operating budget.
What is considered a "user" in Boardable?
A user is anyone in your organization who has a Boardable account. They could be board members, committee members, staff, volunteers, or observers.
