Brandon Faust is a passionate advocate for community empowerment and positive change. As CoFounder and Executive Director of Wayfinders, a nonprofit dedicated to helping people activate purpose and purposeful initiatives—Brandon is committed to helping individuals find their path to making a difference.
Through Wayfinders, he helps individuals and teams start new initiatives, equipping them with the clarity, tools, and support needed to move from idea to action. The organization has helped catalyze the launch of several local nonprofits, reflecting a deep commitment to activating grassroots impact within the community. In addition, Brandon has served on multiple nonprofit and local church boards, contributing to both emerging organizations and long-established institutions.
At the core of his work is a desire to guide people toward meaningful impact. His focus is on empowering everyday leaders to discover their holistic life purpose and step into initiatives that create lasting change. Brandon lives in the Indianapolis area with his wife, Lisa, and their three children, where he continues to invest in both his family and the broader community.
