Boardable is a fast-growing company with a mission to increase board member engagement and effectiveness by becoming the global go-to brand for nonprofit board software. Celebrated for our mission, purpose, and values, Boardable was recently selected as one of Business Intelligence Group's Best Places to Work. We are always on the lookout for talented people who demonstrate drive, integrity, respect, teamwork, and empathy. If you can bring a diverse perspective, superpower skills, and an amazing attitude to our team, we want to hear from you.
You’ll join our dynamic team in developing Boardable’s core products and supporting admin tools. Our software is currently written with React Native, ReactJs and Laravel/PHP7. You might have a greater interest in some of these technologies than others, however, we’re looking for people who want to make a well-rounded, full-stack contribution to every part of a project.
Since your profession is a huge part of your life, we want it to be interesting (new technologies, subject matter, and challenges) and fun (vibrant culture, lunch and learns, etc). Boardable employees work hard, support each other, are constantly challenged, while remaining excited about the next initiative the company has in store. We keep up with the latest technologies, tools and tricks of the trade – we’re always refining our approach, and everyone has a seat at the table when it comes to new ideas and advancing our position in the industry.
We are looking for talented and motivated engineers who can hit the ground running and take our products to the next level, as we scale up and develop our business to be the global go-to brand for nonprofit board software. The engineers who are building our platform across the stack are always willing to go the extra mile to deliver the highest quality in enterprise software and client experiences. As a developer for Boardable you’ll be building the software that equips nonprofit boards with the right tools so they can focus on leading, not just managing.
Boardable is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status. We encourage all those interested to apply.
