Job Summary

This is a sales role. The account representative will follow up on leads, converting them into demos, trials, and paid accounts according to metrics and quotas. This hire will own a sales quotas and be held accountable to reach revenue targets.

We are not only looking for a great salesperson, we are also looking for someone who cares about helping nonprofits. Experience serving at or working for a nonprofit is a plus. Exposure to multiple nonprofits is also a plus. For the right person, we would consider providing sales training if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of Boardable to prospective buyers
  • Manage all aspects of the sales pipeline in Hubspot (CRM)
  • Exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas
  • Convert leads into sales opportunities via excellent communication skills
  • Provide product demos
  • Follow up, close deals and hit numbers

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-5+ years in a sales role; sales leadership is a plus
  • Naturally curious
  • Accountability for meeting sales quotas
  • Computer skills; Google, Word, Excel, CRMs, virtually meeting software
  • Strong verbal skills, written and oral. Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with nonprofits
