The Customer Marketing Manager position is responsible for strengthening the customer relationship to Boardable by providing communication, resources, and tools in conjunction with the Customer Success and Marketing teams. This role will help increase customer retention, expansion, and engagement. Customer Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Customer Success and will work closely with both the CS and the Marketing Teams.
