About the Role

The Sr. UX Product Designer will directly report to our Senior Director of UX and Design and partner closely with product development engineers, product managers, and customer support staff to rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and market research. The ideal candidate should be able to blend their extensive UX and Product experience in creating engaging experiences with their understanding of heuristics, usability, accessibility, and user behavior while considering the unique challenges of a SaaS product. This candidate should have a solid understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), rapid user research and testing, and information architecture, but also be an expert in UI (user interface) design. 


  • Take loose requirements and determine the best user experience
  • Responsible for product design, wireframes, prototype design, and user research
  • Plan, execute and document formal user testing session (end-to-end)
  • Work collaboratively with a team of IT and Business product professionals
  • Communicate UX recommendations based on testing, best practices, or previous experience
  • Create clear, beautiful, best-in-class user-centric designs across mobile, desktop, web


  • 5+ years of experience in UX or Product design
  • Bachelor's Degree in an associated field
  • Strong understanding of the UX process and design thinking methodologies
  • Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, XD, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Axure, etc.
  • Endless curiosity about people, technology, design, and life
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience interacting with users, clients, and the business
  • Ability to speak about work with passion and data
  • Demonstrated skills creating process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX deliverables
  • Superior UI design skills
  • Documented experience contributing to all aspects of design, including requirement defining, user research, workflow diagramming, and engineering support
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, most notably computer accessibility and impairment, usability, and web compliance
  • Ability to become a trusted partner with your internal and external clients
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at handling multiple concurrent projects, and have a relentless obsession for excellence
  • Self-motivated, organized, disciplined, and able to work on your own and as part of a team
  • A creative planner and doer with the ability to lead and influence peers
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through 
  • Experience in SaaS highly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, product development
