About the Role

We are searching for a hungry and curious Account Representative to join exceptional sales team. The account representative will follow up on leads, converting them into demos, trials, and paid accounts to establish new relationships, grow our business, and drive revenue. Account Representatives at Boardable own a sales quotas and are expected to reach revenue targets.

We are looking for an experienced SaaS sales superstar who is deeply invested in helping mission-driven organizations succeed. Experience working in SaaS sales is required, and experience serving at or working for a nonprofit is a plus.


  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of Boardable to prospective buyers through engaging and customized demos
  • Conduct discovery calls to manage all discover customer needs and requests
  • Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close for prospective customers
  • Target and establish new relationships to develop pipeline through outbound efforts
  • Manage all aspects of a pipeline from qualified leads to close using Hubspot (CRM)
  • Exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas
  • Provide excellent follow-up, communicating and organizing escalation of issues appropriately
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, SDRs, Marketing, and leadership to build strategic plans for customers and prospects to achieve success
  • Utilize consultative selling methods to consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs
  • Draft, edit, and finalize proposals, reference lists, and other materials used in the sales process
  • Track and report monthly sales metrics (e.g., leads, demos, trials, MRR) through Hubspot
  • Identify and attend sponsored events/tradeshows as needed to serve as Boardable ambassador (when it is safe to do so again), meeting with prospective customers, surveying competitive offerings, and learning market trends
  • Work with customer success team to achieve smooth handoff of new customers for training and ongoing support needs
  • Coach and Mentor new Account Representatives


  • At least 2 years experience in SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota on a consistent basis
  • Proven success in closing SaaS opportunities with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to facilitate an engaging demo
  • Naturally curious
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Technology skills; Google, Word, Excel, CRMs, virtually meeting software
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at handling multiple concurrent projects and have a relentless obsession for excellence
  • Self-motivated, organized, disciplined and able to work on your own and as part of a team
  • A creative planner and doer with the ability to lead and influence peers
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
