eSignatures in Boardable

About eSignature
With the new digital eSignatures feature in Boardable, everyone can sign the needed documents in an instant. eSignatures speed up the document signing and approval process. Legally sign documents without the hassle of traditional paper signatures. Administrators can upload a document, request a signature, and view the status of document signatures all within the Boardable platform.
Note: eSignatures is available to organizations on the Professional or Enterprise plan.
How eSignature Works
Any document that has been uploaded to the Boardable Document Center can have an eSignature added to it. Documents will be converted to a PDF format for the eSignature feature.
Administrators can easily select who needs to sign the document, and on what page the signature should appear.
Once the signatures have been assigned by administrators, Boardable users receive a notification that an eSignature is requested.
The eSignature action is quick and convenient for Boardable users.
Follow-Up Is A Breeze
One of the most frustrating parts about collecting traditional signatures is chasing down anyone who hasn’t yet complied. Who signed what, and whose signature are we still missing? With eSignatures in Boardable, administrators can see in a glance where the document stands.
Administrators can see who has already signed and who needs a reminder in one easy step.
Documents can be printed with signatures or saved in the Document Center.
